Appointment Policy
The nature of our practice is to provide extremely high quality care that requires at times longer appointments for each or our patient visits.
It is our policy that 24 hours notice must be given if you are forced to cancel an appointment. Longer crown and bridge appointments, surgery, and scaling and root planings require a 48-hour notice.
After 2 broken appointments with no notice, we will place your file in an "inactive status" and special arrangements must be made to reactivate it.

Patient Financing

We committed to providing excellent dental care and the finest service possible for all of our patients. Good communication concerning dental problems, treatment procedures, and fees is one of our most important goals.
In order to minimize expense we request payment for services at the time they are rendered. This system greatly reduces the billing and collection costs and results in fees that are lower than would otherwise be necessary.
Please do not hesitate to ask us in advance about fees for planned services. We want you to be comfortable in dealing with these matters. We urge you to consult with us if you have any questions regarding fees or treatment procedures.

For our patients with or without insurance
Option 1
Cash or check at the time services is rendered. A 5% courtesy discount will be extended on prepayment of the entire treatment plan when the total treatment is $1000.00 or greater. For Patient's with insurance, as a courtesy we will file your insurance claim for your reimbursement. (Requires complete exam and consultation).

Option 3
